What User doesn't like about Phuong Nam:
I was underwhelmed given the good ratings. Went for the first time (new to the area). Tried the chicken noodle soup which is what I try first at every Vietnamese restaurant I go to. You can probably see from the photo that the vegetables are basically raw. The broth wasn’t well flavored either. It seems that they put all the things in and add the stock and noodles and that’s it.
