this place gets a bad package for bad customer service and I can see why. Luckily, our girl yesterday was very polite and helpful. she had mentioned that she had only worked some weeks there, so maybe she had no chance to get grums! anyway, much positive tunes and she made our day and our meal more fun! to shaved head waiter: thanks for finally putting on their mask when asked. it is disgusting that they have to be asked, we are in a pandemic and mandatory preventive measures have been available for a long time. Coffee and hot chocolate were slow and not made at the same time, but were ok. View all feedback.

Horrified to see a staff member handling food on a plate without tongs or a glove. Disgusting!
Terrible coffee. Terrible customer service. I keep giving this place a chance and I end up disappointed every single ttime.
The coffee here is always really good. Had a delicious toasted chicken, avo, mayo sandwich here today too. Cheap babychino Staff were a bit distracted today mixing up orders but the great coffee made up for it. It was seriously good and i am quite fussy!
Worst coffee experience. The staff is rude and they serve coffees in take away cups no matter you ask for normal mugs. The brownie ws served in a paper bag with spoon almost smudged in it. The owner really needs to look into the rules he has set up for this cafe.
