Ordered an acai bowl and went to take my first bite and found a hair :( unfortunately this happens! I understand! I let the girls working know and they were extremely apologetic and offered to make me a new bowl straight away. They also gave me a voucher for a free yogurt. I was really pleased with their professionalism and will definitely visit again. The bowl itself was fresh, honey, granola, acai and fruit - what... View all feedback.

I have visited this restaurant many times and always enjoy having my children guess the weight of the yogurt size. If they guess correctly, they get it for free. I was not bothered about the $10, but I was disappointed with the customer service, especially in front of a child. It was clear that there was no customer goodwill at this establishment.
We find this brand of frozen yogurt to be not overly sweet and quite refreshing, surpassing competitors in Melbourne and America. The flavors are all good, but our favorites are the classic berry with chocolate. The toppings are not overwhelming, as some can be too sweet, but children especially enjoy them. The staff are consistently friendly with great personalities, and there's a fun "guess the weight" game where you can win a free treat. My husband has guessed correctly multiple times. They also offer advertising deals. Give it a try, you'll love it.
This restaurant is a great place to have fun as you can serve yourself as much frozen yogurt as you want, choose your toppings, and add sauce on top. The yogurt looks and tastes delicious, but keep in mind that you pay by weight, so be cautious not to add too much like I did, or you could end up with a hefty bill at the end.
