We came across this gelato shop at the beginning of the summer and have been visiting regularly ever since! We have enjoyed every flavor we have tried and it is definitely one of the best vegan gelatos we have had in Italy. What User doesn't like about La Dolce Vita Oakville:
The staff at this restaurant was incredibly rude and could not get our order right on a slow day. When we corrected them and ended up paying for a more expensive option, they claimed we hadn't paid at all, humiliating and even berating us before finally accepting the payment. If you're looking to support a business worth your time, I suggest trying Tommy Caffe down the street instead - they are much friendlier. View all feedback.
