What Mark “Mark” Herbord doesn't like about Hardee's:
Just stopped in for a shake and cinnamon roll. Had to wait for 5 min at the counter for someone to help me. There were several with earbuds in listening to music, plus there was music playing in the back. Employees need to be a little more focused on their work.
