"Incredibly bad service with an overwhelmed staff which apparently is not able to handle the extra bookings during a busy GP night The waitress talked back to us basically complaining about the fact that the restaurant is busy and using it as an excuse for not attending us for 45 mins (after food has been served)! Our opinion either do not accept that many guests and keep your service at an acceptable level or hire additional service. For the fact that the hotel has 4 stars, I am appalled by the treatment as a paying guest. No sign of remorse when we have been providing the feedback only providing excuses. No words left. By far the worst restaurant experience of our lives."

"The ambiente is simply super with view to the lavanttal. the jause is highly recommended, especially tasty I find the brettljause with hard sausage, self-made speck, sink, sponge roast, butter and glunder cheese. I'll be happy to go there alone because of the cheerful cheese."

"It was a quiet wet night so only inside dining. We were waited on quickly and got drinks right away. The waitress spoke good English. The menu had many choices. We were told this was the place to get a Schnitzel and it truly was...awesome!! Highly recommend this place!!"
