"Been there for an afternoon beer and once for lunch. The staff is very nice and helpful. The beer is fantastic (you can drink it in an outdoor terrace with mountain view and also the pretzel. I ate Kaiserschmarrn for lunch and it was amazing!...The only “problem” was the portion size it was meant for at least 3 people! :"

"The restaurant Bromberg Alm is located near the Staffelsee, our apartments have the top to eat there. You leave the main road to Böbing and drive over a winding path to the Alm. In front of the house a large parking lot, from there you have a magnificent view over the Pfaffenwinkel. The place is large, typically Bavarian with lots of wood tiled on walls and ceiling, on the long benches you can sit very comfortably. The menu offers something for everyone, from soup to vegetarian dishes to steak from local cattle, the offer is quite lush. The prices are good, for a fillet from the young bull with supplements €17.60, a "wood steak" from the grill €9.60. The service is very friendly and attentive. We were there two years behind and will continue the Bromberg Alm. It tastes very good there and the location is already heavenly, because so far up. More information on the homepage: [here link]"
