Where today can you get fresh river caught wild trout, done up in any number of styles, including 'trout blau ' traditional steamed fish that really does look a bit blue in hue. I had sampi as the main course. what a fantastic dish. five of the creatures served the cock with mixed heaps, water combs and new kartoffels. what a joy for the taste buds. I didn't want the meal to end because it was so good! the house has made pancakes. a thin base of puff pastries with slices of juicy apples with aromatic cinnamon. this is a family-run restaurant and all who care to make sure they feel welcome. highly recommended."
