Pour passer un agreable repas, cadre sympathique, une cuisine fine et un service au top. La truite aux amandes est excellente de même que le soufflet aux cerises.La terrasse est agreable avec une vue sur la foret noire et la campagne.Un service qui fait oublier que nous sommes au restaurant mais qui donne l'impression que c'est notre maison de campagne. Spargel toll, die Sauce Hollandaise auch. Die Pfannkuchen waren reichlich, leider fehlte es an Geschmack. Der hausgebeizte Lachs passte nicht zum Spargel, da einfach zu intensiv und salzig für meinen Geschmack. Das Lachsfilet aus dem Smoker war ok und auf den Punkt, leider war der Beilagensalat ein kompletter Reinfall, da Dosengemüse zum Einsatz kam.
