"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"The real excitement is upstairs, where there's live music and a bigger scene, but the food is the same throughout. I tried the vegan burger, and it was not very good. It was very bland, and the french fries were as well. I wouldn't return, although I did not try their tofu meat replacements. If you're going to The Feve for the food, skip it!"

"Wife and I stayed for dinner after having heard great things from their ads on 98.9 Kool Kat Oldies. We had a slight waiting for short staff. Once we were sitting waiting for quite fast. We had the Brezel appetizer with cheese sauce and honey mustard. It was fantastic! I ordered the bbq bacon Burger and wife ordered the melt. Both were very good and the fries where brilliant! We really enjoyed our meal. Thank you."

"Visited on a Thursday evening. The place was relatively quiet (only 2 other tables were occupied) so I decided to have a sit down meal instead of get takeout. I ordered The Flavor Savor Special which is Chicken Mishwi and Beef Kafta on a bed of brown rice with vermicelli; served with greens, Hummus, and Falafel. They offered hot sauce on the side and I was glad they suggested that. The sauce was not so hot and it added a great deal of additional flavor. I also got some pickled Turnips as a side which is the pink strips you see on the picture. Overall it was a delicious meal and I really did savor it. There was everything I loved in the meal. The meat was marinated and delicious. So was the hummus and the salad that was kind of like a Fatoush salad. The Falafel was nice and crispy. Service was prompt and friendly. What is not to like. Alladins, set right downtown Oberlin is a gem. If you have to go out of your way to get there, it is well worth the effort. Your belly with thank you for it !!!"
