Waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries. Fries sat on counter for 15 minutes while sandwiches were being made. The fries are of course cold. The sandwich would be better if the meat inside was warm and not just the bread on the outside. The flavor of the sandwich, however, is exceptional. "Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"The real excitement is upstairs, where there's live music and a bigger scene, but the food is the same throughout. I tried the vegan burger, and it was not very good. It was very bland, and the french fries were as well. I wouldn't return, although I did not try their tofu meat replacements. If you're going to The Feve for the food, skip it!"
