Escaping the tourist invasion in Hallstatt, this lovely gasthaus in the woods was a welcome retreat with the river flowing to add to the ambiance. Great summer terrace. The food is both traditional and modern with such surprises as seibling carpaccio or homemade goat cheese...noodles with mushrooms, spinach and pesto. Everything was first rate and presented well.
