The waiter could not go fast enough; we had barely looked at the menu and not yet worked together as he already accepted the order. With great gesture he brought one minute later for each two pieces of gray bread with normal, very hard butter and described it of course great as Amuse-Gaule . Too much good (mostly with a beaten real egg on the grounds! and very touristy. You should not necessarily follow a tip in the guide, but follow your own nose; In this way we found in Oberwesel on the days before a barn and a small wine bar and both very well eaten and also drank an excellent wine. At more civilian prices than in the historical wine industry!"
