"Had booked a short time and unfortunately experienced an unsightly surprise during the arrival.... The property was overbooked. But the hotel manager had already taken care of a replacement accommodation, accompanied us personally and was not made with excuses. We could even have chosen one of several hotels, but rely on the recommendation, and that was definitely top. Was absolutely no problem for us. We all make mistakes... importantly, how to redeem them. And that was absolutely professional, fast and easy. We thank you for that. Activities nearby: To make a monster ride... a mega pass. With the Schwebebahn on the Fichtelberg with the Monsterroller back down and as a conclusion with the steam train inconveniently back"

"The main dinners of beef cunge/scoetles/scoet meat was very good, the ice cup was fair and tasty only this peculiar Kaiserschmarn was Nix, rather a greasy cake in pieces, which is probably already finished in a Bain marie/warm plate waiting for the numerous orders! "The pizzeria is very centrally located and in the regular open. both are already a great advantage in the beautiful annaberg, where much gradually is closed. the environment is very unavoidable and the personal always friendly and accommodating. the pizza is very good and authentic. The pasta dishes are quite simple and probably also served with a kind of finished sauce, but they taste pretty good. they should not expect a raised 5 stars kitchen, but comfortably sit together, filled and drink the milano is ideally suited."

"I have to and would like to make the negative reviews a little correct. about the price/performance ratio I find the room price for the relativeity somewhat too high. at least in my case, there are not even suitable mounting possibilities for the clothing. At the same time, the personal, service-rich breakfast and the culinary delicacies in the restaurant are to be highlighted for fair excursions. the place crottendorf is unfortunately a little extinct. here a quantity would be possible if desired."
