I had a problem with the app and the shift manager Kristina or whatever title she has... listen to me let me speak came with a saluting on the question of seeing my order on the app and email that confirmed it and made my order personally I ever watched their best customer service I ever received. What Bonnie Oliver doesn't like about Burger King:
Went through drive thru and was given cold burgers. Took them inside and manager acted like it was a burden to fix it. Then had to wait over 5 minutes to get 2 replacement wiper jr's. Don't know what happened but burgers are so tiny. Manager was running around like he couldn't keep up. The whole time there was only 2 people inside and only 3 cars in drive thru.
