"Its a pizza joint and a damn good one. Much better than the big box version and appropriately priced. If you have the extra couple dollars its worth it. I couldn't tell ya if it was NY style or not as I've never been there, but its the best pizza in Ocala in my opinion. Genuinely hand tossed and prepared pizza. I love to watch Johnny work. "A very nice decor, two distinctive vibes dining inside (festive, family, and a little sports barzy) or roadside (quiet and more romantic). A busy night, outstanding service. Fun server Ryan R! The two meat dish was very good and the sweet potato casserole was almost as good as I bake. The pulled pork was also very good (with the Sweet sauce). I loved the BBQ Baked Beans too. Kudos"

"We heard about this place from a realtor while we shop in Ocala. We were not able to come back then, but we were in the area to visit Silver Springs, so this was close. Do not let the idea that it is a bar and throw barbecue. I'm sure the bar is nice enough... he had a decent crowd. But the restaurant food is amazing. The portions are HUGE! And the price cannot be beaten! We had steaks that were perfectly seasoned and all the circumcisions that we 're delicious (and HUGE). We saw three people (obvily regulars) order a fish meal with two sides and share it three ways. We've brought the remains home safely! Our waitress was absolutely great. Some of the staff checked us during our meal and they did not hear as if they were expected. They seemed to enjoy being there! Love the place. Even a text to the Realtor sent him thanks for the recommendation of the place. Absolutely back!"
