Great customer service! We accidentally drove off without our second bag. Before we could circle back around to grab it, an employee was running out of the building to chase us down and give it to us! Super nice and helpful employees and our food tasted great. This taco bell location at 3501 west silver feathers blvd in Ocala Florida, especially the employee named IRIS, was rude and respectful and refused to the free $5 chalupa box promotion taco bell has now. Very poor service from one employee to one customer. I would not recommend DEFINITELY to this institution unless you want to be respected. IRIS was very unprofessional. View all feedback.
This Taco Bell is clean. The workers are ready to serve. Eating is promptly on Route 40, just before you hop on I-75.
