both positiw and negatiw. we love the grilled chicken sandwich. happy that we went last time, my bungalow was so hard that it made sound. they offered a new sandwich, I just took a new bungalow. I'm glad I wasn't in the drive! happy at the end. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
only one person works. 4 people were in the office, visible to customers. a few people called why they don't come out and help. some of us finally gave up and went. the young man who drives the drive up and forward needs a medulla. he never loses his cool, a constant apology for the crowd, maybe it was her lunch break. Ms ashley rocks! I thought I'd fall out because I was in line 5 minutes today! I've been on this place for years, and the drive-thru service has gradually become worse. I waited on the speaker to place my order for 10 minutes to place only the order with only two cars in front of me. today the service was great! Hopefully it continues!
I must have caught them on a bad day. Food was amazingly bad, service was really bad (I was second in line and had to wait a good 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me). Normally I would have left but was really craving a Wendy's double burger. Wish I had left. I hate writing bad reviews and only do it when I feel it is needed. Thanks.
This location needs to close PERMANENTLY!!! I know that this may reduce the amount of Wendys' in Ocala, since a number of them have already closed in recent years. But the extreme amount of incompetence at this location is now completely unacceptable. I have lived here in Ocala for 11 years, and every single time that I have gotten food from this one, there have always been multiple mistakes, and their level of customer service is shockingly disgusting. No accountability. I still remember my first visit here in 2011. I filed a complaint, and the following morning I was getting a call from an blocked number at 6 in the morning. The call comes in, I send it to voicemail. Whoever it was that was calling me, I am 100% positive that it was the owner of this franchise restaurant. Whoever it was, refused to leave a message when I sent them to voicemail. They hung up and immediately called me back. Each time, I sent it to voicemail, because its a blocked number and it was SIX O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING!!!!! After 6 calls, I turned the phone off. They did not leave a message. Tonight, they messed up our order yet again. Stale bread with the burgers. Giving us the wrong drinks. My burger was supposed to be a double. They gave me a single. I ordered a regular coke, they gave me a cherry coke, which is disgusting. And they were making mistakes with orders belonging to other customers inside as well. The staff at this restaurant NEVER does their job correctly, always screwing up!! And they never hold themselves accountable. It is time that this Wendy's is closed, once and for all. Maybe if they lose their jobs, it might finally give them a sense of accountability for not doing their jobs right.
Couldn't take an order. Workers friends inside smoking. Dirty. Food was not good at all. Wendy's is one of our go to spots but definitely not returning to that location.
Nice establishment. Very clean new design look. Sometimes there a little slow but fresh for fast food
