Food is nothing the original Sabarro's. They serve the food on paper plates, no trays. Everything is pre-made in bulk and heated up, served me a cold Stromboli had to ask them to put back in the oven. Gave it back to me and middle was doughy and half raw and outside was almost burnt, tasted horrible no flavor. I will not be eating there again. View all feedback.
Sbarro is struggling and will probably be closing soon. If the owner cares to know why, I will tell him/her. It seemed this place went under new ownership 2-3 years ago? I might be off on the time frame. What was obvious is customer service and quality went down. It’s looks dirty too. Currently, there is a tray with two old Stromboli’s sitting on um top of what I am assuming is the hand washing sink that is in view of the customers. I am sure this goes against health department rules even if they plan on throwing them out.I ordered one slice of cheese pizza for my 5 yo and asked the guy to cut it up. He said he could only cut it in half. Imagine that. How lazy do you have to be to not be able to run the pizza slicer across just two times. He’s not even busy. I was the only customer. He’s on his phone. Tall, thin, Hispanic dude just like myself. He could try to clean the place up in his downtime, but no.I never had a problem getting the pizza cut into smaller pieces here when my 16 yo was little.
Oh my goodness I just read the last review and that is my review exactly to 80 the manager is an absolute d i c k so rude the pizza sucked the whole place needs to be shut down the pizza was cold the stuff is overpriced and I didn't even eat my pizza I threw it away I got a sicilian slice absolutely horrible
You get there at 11 for lunch and is told they’re not open yet, then you ask what time do you open and they tell you 11????? I am confused.
Me and my friend ordered two slices of cheese pizza and paid almost $13. They gave us the two last cheese pizza that looks like it’s been sitting there since they opened 10am. The girl first fling the pizza into the toaster over, which was already upsetting. We sat down, bit into the pizza and it was still COLD. Took it back to the register to let the workers know the “PIZZA” is cold. They took the pizza we bit into put it RIGHT back into the toaster oven with EVERYBODY'S pizza. VERY UNSANITARY. I asked for 2 fresh slices since they just took it out of the oven and the manager got upset, posted up in the corner not helping his workers, and started to speak **** in Spanish knowing that my friend speaks Spanish too. He flat out told us “NO”. We ask for our money back and told him we was going to write a review about him and his “HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”. He then wanted to give us a refund and the pizza for free which we declined. We lost our appetite after all the arguing which could have just been resolved immediately. This place really went DOWN HILL and needs better service. They’re charging so much for a pizza we could get cheaper somewhere else
6 dollars a slice is a joke. I ordered 2 and a drink the guy hands me 2 paper plates and I ask for a tray he looks at me and just walks away. He needs to take the EarPods out and learn customer service. This place has gone down hill. I’ll never get food from here again. 16.25 just for a slices and a drink. I can get a whole pie from my local pizza shop for that.
