Some years ago, I had the best gumbo I ever put in my mouth at Emeril Lagasse’s NOLA, in New Orleans. These days, the chef who concocted that gumbo is making even more delicious stuff at a little stand in the Booth’s Corner Farmer’s Market in Boothwyn, PA, just a few miles outside Wilmington, DE.
