when we first came in, we got a hauch of coffee and tee and heard the chatter of other guests who already sat. it was a very friendly load. the kerl at the switch was very nice and easy to go. the drinks were great. "This was my worst Panera experience. So disappointed. We ordered pick up, I ordered a warm sandwich, ordered extra avocado. The sandwich was not warm, had literally 1 slice of avocado which is really sad since the sandwich normally comes with chicken and I ask for chicken to be left off. No cheese, just 2 slices of bread with roasted red peppers all over one slice of avocado. I also order the poppyseed strawberry salad, asked for no pineapple. It came with pineapple. We won’t be back."
