"Absolutely fantastic spot for a sweet tooth craving. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait as lines can suddenly grow when there was no line minutes before. Usually not more than 10-15 minutes however. Ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae which came with 2 flavors of ice cream which was fantastic. Extremely rich ice cream but it didn’t feel overbearing in terms of sweetness. Definitely save stomach room for this amazing dessert."

"This was my worst Panera experience. So disappointed. We ordered pick up, I ordered a warm sandwich, ordered extra avocado. The sandwich was not warm, had literally 1 slice of avocado which is really sad since the sandwich normally comes with chicken and I ask for chicken to be left off. No cheese, just 2 slices of bread with roasted red peppers all over one slice of avocado. I also order the poppyseed strawberry salad, asked for no pineapple. It came with pineapple. We won’t be back."
