The reviews I 've read about spectacular customer service is far from what i encountered today. I understand that businesses are very short handed but for an employee of a deli not wanting to slice me 5lbs of lunch meat and treated me with disrespect and to tell me that it 's weird for me to be standing there waiting for my order is beyond what i expect spectacular service. Calling the establishment to speak to a manager with my concerns, the manager Dana gave me nothing but excuses on her employees behavior. It 's really sad how individuals do not want to perform their job duties that they are being paid for anymore and customer service is just not what it use to be.
I love ordering for parties! The quantities are huge, the price is great, and the food is so fresh and delicious. My go to for feeding a large crowd.
Great food, reasonable prices and outstanding service.
