"We arrived on a Sun evening at 7:10 PM having noted on the website that reservations are not permitted after 6 PM, and it is “first come, first served.” Despite this statement, no fewer than 9 groups of people arrived for reservations after our 7:10 arrival. The hostess was disorganized and appeared challenged to maintain a reasonable flow of patrons. We were passed over for a table for 3 numerous times, by several groups who also arrived without indicating reservations. There also appeared that patrons who were white and/or known to the hostess were given preference. We ended up leaving after waiting for over an hour. We had been given a seating time at 8 PM when we arrived at 7:10 PM. By 8:15 PM it was obvious that we would never be seated so we left. Extremely disappointed, and TOTALLY avoidable. "For the context I came to the beach with a party of 9 on a family holiday. Service was on average or below. Staff seemed very disorganized throughout the entire process. All drinks came in after about 20 minutes. Half the food lasted another 15 minutes. The rest came another 15 minutes later. Food quality was good on average. Tacos were disappointingly tasty. The shells fell slightly apart. Found what seems to be several white hair in the tacos in the picture. The price was not worth it for quality or quantity. Not sure when or even when we go back."
