What Kimm Moon likes about Cafe 28:
We went there for a small family dinner after hearing about it from a friend. We were not disappointed. Our waiter was wonderful and the food was fabulous. My sauteed shrimp with the rice was delicious. Definitely will go back! View all feedback.
