We had never been and when it was our turn to order, we didn't know and it took like 10 seconds to notice the checkout that we never saw the menu, so they just left and didn't come out until there were 3 other customers. As soon as we place our order, she said that it will be about 38 minutes, which I think it was our fault not to ask, but they should tell the customer beforehand.
