What User doesn't like about Jolly Roger:
Only giving this place two stars because this pasta i ordered was good. Besides that the service was HORRIBLE! We were seated and waiting over 15mins just for the server to approach us. We had a party of 5 and when we would ask for refills on our water it felt as if we were bugging the server. We even waited around to get our silverware. The service was great! The view was beautiful! The food was amazing!! We had breakfast/ brunch and everyone enjoyed their food. The crab bendict was the best!
