"Portions were good, but the teriyaki was very bland, as was the tempura roll. the chicken was stringy and looked like clumps of thigh meat. even the extra teriyaki sauce that came with the meals was bland. The dumplings were good and seemed to be a 50/50 mix of pork and vegetables. The tempura roll, aside from being bland, was a large log of rice with a very small bit of everything else in the middle."

"Decent, small, clean, mediocore. Nice people. Not the best Cuban food I've had. Lechon asado was not the best flavor and a bit dry in my opinion, with a few clumps of hard rice. Sweet plantains felt like dry left over scraps. Black beans were good. Ham croquettes we're great. Food took quite a while to come out with so few people in the place. I went at 2:15."

"The Norma's Plant Based Cuisine is located in the Adventist Book Center and now offers a 100%vegan menu. From sandwiches to burgers, wraps to salads and smoothies in between you will find a variety of foods to choose. Among the favorites are vegan pizzas, packs and smoothies. I was disappointed to see the heavy use of impossible products in the courts, as many studies show that this is unhealthy SDA, this is not part of the health news... I would like to see this change to a more holistic approach. The owner Norma is very accommodating and uses fresh ingredients in their dishes. She takes care of cleanliness and wipes off her equipment and utensils between commands. There is also a take-and-go area and drinks. Nice seating area in the interior. "First time at this restaurant where we were looking for something light to eat and ordered Tabouli and grilled chicken. The food in general was well cooked and tasty and the chicken in particular was grilled to perfection and quite tender which is just the way I like it! Relative to the business itself the inside is a bit on the rustic side where first impressions can be misleading as to how good this food is. Relative to service this is a counter order business where food is brought to your table after you order for inside dining or optionally you can do takeout. Definately something to keep in mind is you are looking for a more traditional sit down dining experience. Overall this is an excellent option if you are looking for Mediterranean food and/or healthy eating options And a business you should check ot if you are in the area."

"So glad I found this place!! Eat quickly on a plant basis or vegan, just delicious. They also have meat milk ingredients for people who are not vegetarian or vegan. It's very similar to a chipotle. Create your own counter service, but with different ingredients. I had them my last business function and EVERYBODY loved eating and appreciate the healthy options and delicious flavors. The vegan garlic creamy dressing is as delicious as it tastes with milk, but it is not. I recommend you try this place if you don't. The Power Beans are a perfect meat-free protein alternative and they taste great!"
