The service in this particular place is not exclusive! On a variety of occasions, my order had taken a very long time to prepare and to check takes even longer when picking up. Tonight's episode at this point was greeted with a cell phone in the hand and a mouth full of food. When I leave, 7 people are out there... But they're short on the inside. View all feedback.
The service in this particular place is not exclusive! On a variety of occasions, my order had taken a very long time to prepare and to check takes even longer when picking up. We ordered pizza online waited a little over half an hour and no pizza yet. We wanted to call when they picked up the phone and put us under control over five minutes. Then we hung up and tried to call again and they never answered the phone. Never order from this pizza hat again.
It's a good pizza. I can't say it's worth the long waiting period. It's a small room. There's a long line. Complete decent pizza. Well, at least try.
After we ordered the pizza online, we waited for 2 hours and never heard again or saw a pizza, so I decided to call the store and see if they were secured or something. I talked to a call center and they gave me to the store. I was in wait for over 10 minutes before the call was either suspended or dropped. Instead of waiting for my pizzas, I went there (I literally live on the street, so this was not a big trouble, but I had a few hungry 5-8 years old and was not happy. When I arrived there was a phone ringing in the background (I also stopped my phone and it was still in hand with them, and no staff was at the counter. It took a few minutes before she asked me what I was for. I complained about the extremely long service and the fact that I never got a pizza, and the employee brought me 2 pizzas that looked like they were sitting there for a long time. I requested a refund and all they did was canceled my order and said it would take 3/5 working days to get the money back. All they said for an apology was that their systems went (yes, they could still access my order on their kiosk and have an expression of my order? So they still tried to catch up. They claimed that the manager was not in the camp and that they would write the manager about the question While I left, the phone hadn't been answered by anyone in the store yet and was still ringing. Nobody seemed to answer it in a hurry. There was an employee I could see on the back that just stood around and did what seemed nothing. I will definitely not order from here forward.
Fast, friendly and oh soo good, Pizza! Cool specials too. Will def be back!
