We had something to celebrate and chose Hereford in Odense. The locals are lovely and unnobbed because the focus is on the quality of the food especially steak....

Very nice staff... the quality has deteriorated significantly compared to our last visit a few years ago. Which indicates either a new owner or new management.....

"A night on it was smoothed a 7 dishes with wine menu was actually ok. But the 7 dishes didn’t blow up behind, and didn’t really understand that two deserts and so yet another dessert thing for the coffee with petit four ... and then it’s some miserable chairs when you have to sit long. had to set the expectations too high compared to all the fine reviews the place has previously received"

"We went to the Wednesday offer and were very negatively surprised... they asked if we didn't start with champagne and we didn't expect that a glass of boring champagne would cost DKK 155, in addition you pay DKK 75 per small bottle of water. Food was okay but not something that you would recommend to others... honestly just a practice experience and would not advise others to go there unless they have over 1000 kroner per cover"

"Came here on a recent visit to Odense and this was one of the highlights of the trip. Menu is small; just a few options for each course plus some steaks and other add-ons. Everything we had was great. Also, took advantage of the wine...pairings offered with the menu. It was the right decision. The wines for each course were terrific. Well worth a visit."
