What User doesn't like about Herzogenhof:
Wir waren am Sonntagabend spontan im Herzogenhof und wurden bereits unfreundlich empfangen. Der Service war während des Aufenthalres mäßig und auch beim Zahlen schöecht und unfreundlich. Der Klassiker, der Flammkuchen, war sehr trocken, Spuren von Lauchzwiebeln waren zu finden. Am Nachbartisch wurden Teile der Bestellung vergessen, die Bedienung danach lange nicht gesehen, dann das Essen, Burger, zurück gegeben, da s... View all feedback.
General Until a short time ago, the post offices in Odenthal had also opened at midday. The restaurant was only opened in the evening before and on Sunday afternoon. But the Gastshaus Herzogenhof – directly at the bus stop – has even abolished its rest day. Cleanliness Everything is well maintained. The toilets can be reached in a flat way. The rooms are relatively large. Service Relatively many young waiters are in use. Some of them seem overwhelmed: Thus, we were supplied with menus twice and then, in turn, only with further drinks after demand. But all service personnel are friendly and empathic. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe zum Abendessen im schattigen Biergarten. Der Service war schnell und freundlich und hat uns sogar empfohlen, was zu bestellen. Restaurant with cozy beer garden. The service is friendly and nice. The card has something for everyone. We had the foil potatoes with salad and the burger with wedges. Both tasty and with about ten euros also good price. We waited for the food for about 15 minutes. If we're close again, we'll probably go back.
