I went through the drive thru and this place wasn't busy at all and they still take forever to give you your meal. On top of that to have taken so long I would expect fresh fries with my chicken bacon ranch fries but they were anything but fresh. They were stale and cold! On top of that to have taken so long I would expect fresh fries with my chicken bacon ranch fries but they were anything but fresh. They were stale and cold! I liked the roast beef sandwich but I'm a fry guy and love me some good french fries. This was a total disappointment. If you want good fries with some descent service I would recommend going to Texas Burger.
Today I had the worst experience at Arbys as it is possible that they turn their backs on you and play with the phone and left me waiting until a woman felt sorry for me and helped me.
