Quick service through door dash! The brisket was really good although we called to order something entirely different, like pork ribs and German sausage. The cream cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon and barbecued were awesome! So so good! We ordered the toast and fries separately and made an awesome meal out of it! View all feedback.

I saw the solid reviews and I thought I would give it a try. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. A young guy ran the register and a nice lady was cutting meat. The ribs were amazing. I came for the brisket and it had to be the worst I’ve ever had. Super dry. It sucked all the moisture out of my mouth it was so bad. The lady apologized and said the guy over cooked the brisket. Great service, very good brisket (mouth watering) and a beautiful picturesque atmosphere. The Armadillo eggs were also great. The potato salad was great and wonderful. Although they are aware that they sell something so that I came there sooner than later, I missed the ribs.
Passing through Odessa and wanted barbecue and stopped here for a quick bite and it was a really good choice! Awesome friendly service and fantastic premium brisket, sausage, and hot links
It's just a small place... Only 5 tables, but it has some of the best brisket I ever had! (yes, really) smoke it low and slow for at least 30 hours. The sausage is very good, like the beans and the potato salad. Also get Armadillo eggs... Jalapenos filled with cream cheese, wrapped with bacon and roasted. Delicious! Can't evaluate the banana pudding... I gotta go. I'm filled!

Absolutely the MOST TENDER brisket I've ever eaten. The owner was very friendly and made my experience AWESOME! In any case, it'll be back!
