Robert the general manager was most helpful handling a last minute catering event for me, after calling MIDLAND 'S location I was told by their manager he would call me back with prices and making sure he had enough inventory (still waiting on that call btw) in the meantime I called Odessa and Robert walked me through prices, pan sizes and never once made it seem impossible.
