What User doesn't like about Subway:
I had a frustrating experience at a Subway in Odessa, MO. When I tried to place my order using the touchscreen in my car, it wasn't working properly and I couldn't find the sandwich I wanted. After several failed attempts to cancel my order and get help, I gave up and went inside. The woman at the counter didn't seem to care about my issue and provided no solution. Constantly kept forgetting because he didn't really look at the ticket, so I had to keep letting him know what he forgot. Handed me my sandwiches, by the way 2 out of 4 were horribly made, then said have a good day. I said you forgot my drinks. He went to get my drinks, then I said you forgot my chips. He grabbed those. Employees need proper training!
This location is good. Staff friendly and make a good sammich...hahaha
Love subway. I especially love the one in Odessa as they have drive through as I am handicapped
The service was great, very fast and friendly the food was delicious! What more could you ask for!
Subway Subway people there are real friendly and nice clean restaurant
