Do you even know what a slim Brisket sandwich is? Two fat sandwiches in the garbage! Too bad I didn't check the second one. I honestly didn't think they would do it twice after I told them about the first. The second was more fat than the first. Update: This problem has been solved since. If I order, I'll even be asked if I want leaner. I am glad because this is the best bbq in the city View all feedback.

Good, but not great. I've been trying the True Texas BBQ for a while. 3 meat plate: brisket, ribs and sausage with brisket bean, Mac cheese and Jalapeño Maisbrot. Lean brisket has a good pepper bark, minimal fat and well paired with spicy BBQ sauce. St. Louis ribs were fine, but forget. The sausage was super dry, just like the Bland-Mac cheese.
