"You have not eaten anything like this before. it is worth the 2 hour drive from izmir. there are many pide saloons in odemis but this is the original, the inventor."

"This place has become a disappoinment for me. Google reviews are a bit overrated. Firstly plates are too small as you can see in my pictures. Especially the white plates are so small that you can 't feel full without ordering some side dish e.g. rice, salad. Secondly we were told that 'Töngül Pide ' wasn 't being served, the most famous food in Birgi vicinity. Chicken saute plate was too small. There was only a small salad treat for three persons. As for the prices it was not moderate at all. We live in the center of Izmir and prices are almost equal. No free tea after meal, like usual Turkish tradition. Personnel was not enough in numbers and not very attentive."

"Gönül ister ki ağız tadıyla bir iki lokma geçsin boğazınızdan. Araç park yeri problem, kaldırımdaki masalar etrafında sıra bekleyenler mi dersiniz. Masaya getirilmesi gereken tabakların gelmemesi mi dersiniz. İçeceklerin eksik gelmesi mi dersiniz. Bol yağlı ekmek üzerine tadını alamadığımız 100 Gr yapmayacak köfte, tek çatal, domatesler koca dilim, alelacele masadan ye ve kalk, diyeceksiniz ki!! Zaten olay bu, meşhur köfte bu , yersen ye yemezsen bıdı bıdı yapma!!! Ama gerçek anlamda meşhur köfte yiyecekseniz emin olun bu sıradaki mekanlar değil. Evinizde yapın yiyin daha meşhuru yok. Bizim halk olarak en büyük sıkıntımız hizmet verebileceğimiz kadar müşteri değil kazanacağımız paralar... Güzel güzel ağız tadıyla yemek değil neresi meşhurmuş orada bizde yiyelimciler yedik işte daha doğrusu boğazımıza tıkıp hızlıca kalktık.. bir daha gelir misin derseniz, o kadar yola, zahmete ve yorgunluğa değmedi. Ne hurşitine ne nefisine nede diğerlerine bir daha gelmem"
