The presentation was great, and it had great variety of sushi and good fish quality. Points to improve : Rice Quality. This was noticed on every piece, and it seemed dry in nigiri. sashimi cuts : they should be bigger. Bonus : it would be better if you adjust the quantity of the pieces to the number of people. If there are 3 or 6 you could do 3 or 6 pieces instead of making order 4 or 8. read more.
