"The staff at this restaurant really know their stuff. Exemplary. The pre-drink was a champagne which I thought was the best I had drunk so far. The flavor combinations on the raw steak were great. The veal with the sauces was nicely buttery. The robbery and the chocolate truffle were both worth ordering, at the same time. It was fine to order a Karlsson coffee even though it wasn't on the menu. This is a gem worth traveling a long way to visit."
