Upstairs has a clear concept of serving good meat and they certainly succeed in this based on my dinner visit. Menu is concise with couple of appetizers but plenty of different cuts of meat to choose as a main course. Side orders and sauces can be freely chosen. We celebrated my brothers graduation here and had booked many months in advance. But somehow the order still got mixed up and we didn't get exactly what we ordered. The food tasted very good though but the meat (entrecote) was a little bit to chewy.
