"The food is decent for the price, but let us be real, that is a step above a fast food flow. Anyway, my last 3 orders were thrown back into hell and back. Either missing items, cold food or a combination of both. The food is not bad and I really enjoy coming here a few times a month with my friends and family. It seems, however, that they do not care about the quality of the customers or find a way to make the customers error-free for mistakes or inconveniences. The settings just let me know that I was not rated as a customer, so I took my business elsewhere."

"It's just a chicken sandwich... yeah that's what I thought for a long time, now I understand that it's more than a chicken sandwich. It's that along with friendly and helpful staff that go well above any other fast food chain around. It's the cleanliness and the smiles you get when you enter the establishment, and it's the manager that will come around and offer you a refill before your on your way. Now I get it."

"Workers were extremely slow and not excessively friendly. a little girl who ordered before us waited for almost 10 minutes for an ice cone, while the friend of the worker who ordered after us immediately got her. They also skipped one of our commands and fulfilled the commands of those who had ordered after us before fulfilling our order. custard was not great and they do not seem to care about the quality of the products they use. the milkshake we ordered seemed to be sitting out and starting to melt. we will not return."

"Fazzi's is excellent. I really love their gyros, (meat is so flavorful and tender) and they have amazing crispy fried chicken as well. I also want to mention that the servers here are sweet and very attentive. They make you feel at home while you're dining in. I'm very glad that they seem to get a lot of business and I hope Fazzi's sticks around as a Collinsville restaurant for a long long time yet!"

"I'll never go to any other sub restaurant other than Jersey Mike's. All the subs look great, but I really love the taste of the ham in the #3 Ham and Provelone.
