"Went to get some food at dinner time. They had no menu so it was all word of mouth. Got the pork bulgogi and a soda. (Thinking it would be around $20) after taxes and a tip. I was shocked when I got $42 bill. The food is good but not even close to the price they are charging."

"Consistency is something I need in a restaurant. It can be a luxury to eat, but food fulfills a basic necessity. So it's nice to know that when I come to this Lions Choice, I'll be happy. The food is fresh, well made and packed every time. A young lady named Abby helped me today and her, as well as all I met in the store, were very attentive and made me welcome. I would definitely recommend a friend."

"The manager remade my shake for me because it was a little melted for me once I arrived. He asked, if I wanted another milk shake made? I said yes and he made it himself during their busy time and he did it with out a hesitation and a busy smile on his face. Appreciation! THANK YOU SIR May you and your staff have a Bless Day!"

"Not what we expected. Date night with the husband, so just the two of us. We are new to the area and exploring local restaurants to find that hidden gem. The restaurant is in dire need of an update, and the husband's impression was the decor was late 90s/early 2000s tavern style. Food was basic. The rolls weren't fresh and were most likely made from frozen. There were very limited healthy options to choose from. We both ordered the grilled chicken with rice, veggies, and a salad. The salad seemed to be from a bag mix rather than fresh, and I would recommend requesting the dressing on the side because it was absolutely drenched and soggy. The chicken was a surprisingly large portion but unflavored, the rice was sparse and hidden under the chicken, but the veggies were acceptable (an overabundance of carrots, most likely because its a more budget friendly option). This is not a fine dinine experience. This is more of the type of restaurant you'll find in any small town. It was reminiscent of Western Sizzlin without the buffet. "Oh, my... great place. Great atmosphere and the most unique beers from all over the world. I tried the Southern Animal Cream Brûlée Nitro, Hubby had War Pigs Lord of Wolves, oh my... both were amazing!!! The woman in the bar was a treasure, great moods, smiling and welcoming. The Bavarian Brezel was warm and tasty. Very recommended."

"We came here for lunch as soon as we got to Illinois. Downtown O’Fallon is very nice! Peel is in a great location. However, the food does quite stack up. On the good side, the pretzel rolls were great! Nice and hot, plus the sauces it came with were really good. However, this cannot make up for the fact that the pizza was not up to par. The crust was soggy and could not hold the weight of the cheese or toppings. I had to eat my pieces with a fork just to get it to hold. The flavor was only decent. But for the price of everything we ordered, I do not feel the quality matched. When we went, they were not busy so I’m not sure what went wrong. Our server was friendly though and that is always appreciated."

"First time coming to this restaurant. Let’s me just say this place is AMAZING!!! Great service and amazing food Thai fried rice was super good 3 stars spicy was bomb as well as tom yum noodles soup 3 stars spicy as well super great! Thai iced tea was real good as the sprite was water down once we got it thank god the waitress gave us water."
