So to preface- I lived in Seattle and my best friend was the manager of a Starbucks location... the point being- I know a lot about service expectations and cleanliness etc etc. I don't know what it is- but the people at this store are so unbelievably nice and fast and knowledgeable. What USA is a Constitutional Federal Republic doesn't like about Starbucks:
Egg bites were tasty. There was a new girl making drinks. Ordered a hot specialty coffee; waited for about 10 minutes and ate my egg bites looking for my coffee. Finally walked up and looked at a cold coffee that had been sitting for about 5+ minutes. Realized she made my coffee cold instead of hot. I like this location because it’s very large, bright with comfortable seating. The restrooms are clean.
Ordered a pink drink and got straight milk. When I asked if they could fix it, they walked around the corner and brought it right back to me with nothing change...
