What Benji W doesn't like about Spices And Herbs:
100% unacceptable for ANY take away or delivery food outlet. First we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before this was eventually delivered and when it arrived it was Luke warm along with the Pepsi!!! The family meal deal that claims 4 rice and a butter chicken and curry etc etc is a HALF serve of each in every container so false advertising There was little to no meat in the dishes also and what was in there was no good at all. When we rang to complain in was like we were talking to a brick wall, it took about the same time as the delivery for them to understand what the problem was. Many of the Indian restaurants I've visited have been hit miss, but this one is a hit the best in the area! Though sometimes the lamb beef have been a tad dry, the Butter Chicken is always just wonderful, the meal deals they have are fantastic value! View all feedback.
