"Having enjoyed north and South Indian food prepared in India and abroad I left spice junction in Whakatāne disappointed. The blended texture was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted clearly fast food like in preparation. Flavors were bland. Thank goodness the bottled kingfisher beer was tasty as always!"

"With my family. My was clearly characterized vegan (we have takeaway) but was suspected halfway through food. I'm pretty sure they don't vegan me regular brioche. The kūmera giants were amazing."

"Good fees of fish n chips here at Ohiwa Oyster farm. Their batter is golden and crispy and the times I've gone for snapper, it's been fresh as! 2 battered snapper and 1/2 dozen oysters I my go to. Well recommended."
