"I’m always looking for vegan-friendly restaurants/cafes whenever I travel and I was so excited to see a new veg restaurant open near me. I just had the loveliest first experience here at VEG-N. The lady who helped me at the window was so kind and patient. I ordered the chicken Cajun sandwich and it was amazing. And she even threw in a couple of cookies for me to try. Such great food and great customer service. I can’t wait to come back and try more options"

"First of all the food isn't great, is it disgusting, no, but it is certainly below average to the point that a grocery store bought equivalent would be better. That makes sense considering that on two occasions when asking to make simple modifications to a drink and food item they said it could not be done because that's how they bought it. The food is just reheated comerically bought items and you can definitely tell. However worse than that is the customer service, upon being asked any basic questions about menu items, if you even got an answer and weren't ignored, it would just be 4 words with no details. Stale food with horrible customer service makes for a bad experience, find somewhere else."
