"It needs a pretty amazing experience for me to leave an evaluation for most restaurants, and that is exactly what we have at bowdies. my man and I were in the opposite of tennessee and decided to go to bowdies for our 1 year high-time day after great reviews. the prices can appear high for a steakhouse in lansing, but the quality of the food and drinks as well as the professionalism of the staff make everything of it well worth the money. as appetizers we had the escargot and the goat cheese that both surpassed our expectations. the goat cheese still came out of the hot butter, and the escargot was exactly as I hoped. for our meat we got the tomahawk steak, which was perfectly cooked and our waiter cut it in front of us at the table, took extra time to explain the sections of the steak and the method of cooking. Actually, a knife was hardly necessary, as it seemed like a hot knife through butter cutting it seemed melt in your mouth perfection. for the side we shared the honey glazed carrots and the congratin-art-offers and were equally satisfied. the wine and alcohol selection were extensive and offered options for any palette that I got a glass rosé and my man got a whisky mad (home made mad was fantastic, more of an orange basic that really supplements jameson). the brownie dessert was the perfect way to pack an evening meal of out-of-the-range expectations. all waiting personal was friendly and know about eating and drinks served there. we will come back to michigan every time."

"I’m always looking for vegan-friendly restaurants/cafes whenever I travel and I was so excited to see a new veg restaurant open near me. I just had the loveliest first experience here at VEG-N. The lady who helped me at the window was so kind and patient. I ordered the chicken Cajun sandwich and it was amazing. And she even threw in a couple of cookies for me to try. Such great food and great customer service. I can’t wait to come back and try more options"

"Lordy, but that was really an experience. This was the best highlight for my trip to Lansing. I wish I had bought more cakes for travel. The place smells delicious when you enter, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I don't like cherries, but the cherry cake is great. Both sweet and tart, with real, whole cherries in every bite. Can anyone tell me if they're out of the state?"

"I went to the restaurant and had ordered Idili and Gobi Manchurian for take out. The server gave me physical copy of menu card. Then when I got the bill the price was higher as compared to physical copy of menu card. I did ask them about the difference,they said that the menu card was not updated with the new prices. I checked their website, and their website had the same pricewhich I saw in their menu card. The food itself was just okay and not worth the increased price. I had ordered the food based onprices shown to me and a restaurant is supposed to provide the food at the cost shown to customer!"

"One of the most popular Indian restaurants in a friend. Nice to hear her. The goat's cure was so good! From the many goats curry options they have, I decided to cook with yogurt. It didn't taste like the goat curry I grew up, but maybe I had a different kind of curry. Great. I had sweat pouring out my head pores because of the heat, but no regret."
