Food was old and we got one itty-bitty ranch for 15 Boneless Wings. Ultimate Nachos was stale and unable to eat.

Usually its always so good but any time Ive ordered traditional wings they send me boneless and burn the sauce on it. Potato wedges are bomb though!

I paid for extra cheese sauce and didnt get it and they didnt give me my drinks for the drinks for the kids meals

"Cheever's was just as I remembered good food, great service, spirited crowd. The spicy Caesar salad and the Brussel sprouts were exceptional! My entree was brought out wrong so Cheever's gave us our drink order on the house. Although very busy, the staff was very attentive throughout the evening. I highly recommend!"

"This place really needs Custom Service Skills. They should have taken some course on Customer Service. Their attitude's are if They are doing you a favor. No. Actually The Customer's are doing them a favor. I ordered Combo. Steamed and fried chicken. Both seemed microwaved and dried out. Just small amount of Cheap meat over a huge amount of rice. Cheap Grade of Chicken. I'm all for supporting Small Minority Businesses. But not if it's not worth it."
