I recently had dinner at Castle Falls and had a rib eye and a Bleu Cheese Wedge salad The steak was wonderful. I like my steak to be medium rare and it was perfect I loved the wedge salad The artichoke palm adds a special flavor. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. I could not have had better service.
