We took our family of 4 to dinner for our daughters 16th Birthday. It was super busy while we were there but our waiter was absolutely amazing!! He was on top of not just our table but all of his tables. Super friendly always smiling. What Leanna West doesn't like about Chili's Grill & Bar:
the food was dry and simple. grungy. steaks were not properly cooked and the carrots tasted as if they threw it on the floor and scratched it back on the plate. we ordered simple by-products as appetizers and after 20 minutes waiting all foods including the appetizers just did not even give us the opportunity to eat the appetizers that should come first. we are not coming back. this place is downhill. I'm sad to say we didn't have a great food experience . The service was great except the table was overrun with plates and glasses that never got cleared ....

Rude. a terrible service. I ordered eating online on the way to pick up home .. there and my order was wrong. I didn't complain. I only explained what it should be to the server. then this man comes with this attitude as if it was my fault that the order was wrong. this is what the quittung said and I said calmly, it was wrong and tried to explain again what it should be. he said, okay said again, that's what they have and said they had repaired it. finally get my order after I have a few minutes with no discount no excuse, no thanks, will not come back here again.
